Annual Corporate Filings – Limited Scope Service Addendum
This Annual Corporate Filings – Limited Scope Service Addendum (the “Addendum”) applies when you instruct Wires Law to prepare and file an annual corporate return and related control register updates for the specific corporation identified in the associated intake form.
This Addendum forms part of, and is an addendum to, any existing engagement agreement between you and Wires Law (the “Engagement Agreement”). Except as expressly set out here, all terms of the Engagement Agreement continue to apply.
Scope of Service
Under this Addendum, Wires Law is engaged on a limited-scope, flat-fee basis to prepare and file the applicable annual corporate filing(s) for the current filing period only, based solely on the information and confirmations you provide.
No ongoing services are included.
Reliance on Information
You confirm that all information provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that Wires Law is entitled to rely on that information without independent verification and is not responsible for identifying undisclosed changes.
No Ongoing Obligation
This Addendum applies only to the filing period referenced in the intake form or otherwise communicated between you and Wires Law at or around the time the form was submitted. Wires Law is not engaged to monitor corporate compliance, send annual reminders, or complete future filings unless expressly instructed again in writing and accepted by Wires Law. Any reminders sent are a courtesy only and do not create an obligation.
Exclusions
Unless separately agreed in writing, this service does not include tax advice, tax filings, restructuring advice, or review of ownership, trust, voting, or control arrangements beyond the information you disclose.
Fees
The service is provided for a non-refundable flat fee, as communicated in advance. Government filing fees and third-party disbursements may be billed separately.
Authorization
By accepting this Addendum, you confirm your instructions for Wires Law to proceed with the applicable annual filing(s) for the identified corporation for the current filing period only.
