Venture Cap TV, a Quebec web-based show dedicated to start-ups, angel investing and venture capital recently interviewed consultant Diana Yazidjian (@diana_fyaz) on equity crowdfunding.
Diana makes the great point that venture capitalists are using equity crowdfunding as a way to identify investment opportunities. Once VC’s see startups gain traction with the crowd, they are more likely to invest when its time to scale up the business.
