E-Book Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this e-book (“The Law for Founders”) you are entering an agreement with Webhaller Inc. the publisher, a Canadian company, on the following terms:

1. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and access one copy of the e-book, either in PDF or .epub format, for your personal use only. This license is limited to your personal devices (such as an e-book reader, iPad, phone, computer or similar device.

2. Usage Restrictions
You are not permitted to duplicate, share, or distribute the e-book in any form, whether electronically or physically. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the e-book via email, social media, or any other digital or print medium.

3. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute the ebook or any portion of it.
• Transfer the ebook to any other person or entity.
• Use the ebook for commercial purposes or public display.
4. Intellectual Property
The ebook and all intellectual property rights therein remain the property of the author. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the ebook by purchasing or downloading it.

5. Termination
The license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the ebook and destroy all copies, full or partial.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada and the Canadian federal laws applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada and the Canadian federal courts with jurisdiction therein.

By purchasing and downloading the e-book, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
